Iridium Spark plugs are always better than normal spark plugs. I have experienced few things - it creates the spark more precisely due to pointed cross section area and also the temperature of that spark is higher so that the throttle response and the mileage has been increased. It consumes less power than normal spark plug so it drains the battery less. It has higher melting point so you can run your bike continuously in long rides without any performance degradation or worry.
The break pads are fantastic, the breaking performance has been increased also the breaking is now progressive and predictable. Most importantly the break pads are not harmful for the rotor disc plate. Just keep in mind before using these break pads, first wipe the rotor so that no dust particles or past break pad residue should left and before going for a long ride first do a small trip of around 70-80 km, in this time don't apply break very hard or abuse the break. The ceramic layer will top up on the rotor and from that on the break pads will work like magic..
