Product is genuine and it's working properly. The communication with LRL motors is a task, though Mr. Sajan (service) was very helpful in identifying the exact model of the plug, so kudos to Mr. Sajan. LRL should work in communication pertaining to presales queries and such, otherwise a good purchase, highly recommended.
