The Lost customer

Dear LRL Team, I have ordered and the material was received 2 no polish , upon review of one polish canister , i did not find the Polish to be satisfactory , Henced wanted to return the other Canister (which was sealed and never opened, Emailed the team (No response) what's number message , did a message & no response . i do not the process of returning the material and hence got stuck with additional canister polish , even went to Blue Dart office (Raj Bhavan road, Somajiguda , Hyderabad) for returning the parcel, they Conveyed Return of shipment is not possible with LRL motors.
