I got this top box for my recent Bangalore Mahabaleshwar Mumbai Dudhsagar Bangalore ride and I must say, it is a solid piece of equipment to add. It comes with its own base plate and a pair of keys. The keys seem to be robust and locks are all metal construction. The hinges are plastic hinges though. The box has an inner liner that is quite robust in construction and capable of withstanding some roughing up. The lid also comes with a liner and has two pockets built in which is quite thoughtful. The mounting of the base plate to the motorcycle frame though needs some more thought. I had an old plate that had some additional hardware, clamps and lock nuts that I used to secure this base plate more firmly. While the original clamps, screws and nuts supplied with this box are of top quality, the nuts provided are crimp nuts and the screws were just long enough. I lost a nut due to bad roads and this leads me to conclude that the nuts need a secondary lock nut to prevent them from loosening. You can get the 10 MM nuts from any hardware shop near your place and avoid this situation. The mounting and dismounting of the box itself is a breeze and doesn't need any effort. The box comes with two foam cushions that act as backrest for the pillion. Both come with adhesive tape on the back. The larger pad adhesive was quite strong and didnt require any additional adhesive. The smaller pad started to peel off despite the fact that I had prepared the adhesion surface diligently. I just used fevikwik to improve it. But beware if you spill any on the cushion as it is quite corrosive to the cushion material. The top box has good additional anchor points on the top and I used a Mototech Bungee net which came with six hooks (small) to keep a small backpack firmly mounted on the top of top box.
The box also came with the mandatory stickers and a reflective tape to help improve rear visibility. I added a few more reflective shape stickers of my own that I purchased from Amazon separately. The box has contours and depressions so you cannot use the reflective strips {12 cm long} found on Amazon.
Finally, the customer support team is super responsive and got my order delivered within 3 days. Thanks and Kudos to the team.
Overall, very good value for the moolah spent.

I took time to finalize an economical but no compromise Top box for my weekend touring needs on KTM 390 ADV, which by far is meeting my expectations exceptionally.
The top box in itself built tough, looks great on the bike !

PS. only 1 point to improve : the 4 hooks through which top box attaches to the top plate, fixture needs to be more steady, noticing little play(wobble) while the bike's in motion, nothing to worry about though.
