We hope this message finds you well. At LRL Motors, we take pride in being a trusted source for high-quality, original motorcycle parts and accessories. With over 10,000+ genuine products listed, our mission has always been to deliver top-notch service directly to the biking community across India.
Over the past few months, some of you may have experienced delays in receiving your orders. Our usual shipping time extended up to 5 days, which we understand caused inconvenience—especially for those who rely on us exclusively for sourcing genuine parts. We sincerely apologize for the delays and truly appreciate your patience and continued trust.
We want to assure you that our team has been working tirelessly to resolve these challenges. Today, we are proud to share that the logistical congestion has been cleared, and most of our products are now being shipped within 24 hours.
Starting June 2025, we will be able to dispatch 100% of orders within 24 hours to all serviceable addresses.
