The best & genuine spark plug from this website. It has reduced noticeable vibrations on my bike significantly. It has made by bike's acceleration smooth, very less harshness can be felt at higher RPMs. Note: In gear acceleration has increased but the top speed remains the same. We can also say that it is the best spark plug that you can buy for your bike (of any CC).
Product was not a match hence sent for refund on 21st Nov 2024. When I called was told that they received the product on 25th Nov and will process the refund. The refund amount will show up n 7 to 10 biz days in my account. Today is 9th Dec and I am still waiting for the refund. Pathetic customer service. Called the number provided at least 100 times, LRL Motors are always "out of coverage area".
