Raida Dash Riding Boots come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in stitching, sole bonding, or buckles
- Premature failure of Velcro, straps, or closure systems
- Material separation under normal riding use
- Faulty shank, footbed, or internal padding issues
What's Not Covered
- Crash or impact damage (riding gear is protective, not indestructible)
- Normal wear and tear
- Sole wear from shifting or walking
- Water immersion or heat drying damage
- Color fading, wrinkling, or discoloration
- Mold/odor from improper storage
- Fit or comfort-related issues after use

Return & Exchange
Return Window
- Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery
- Item must be unused with original packaging
- Tags and invoice must be intact
Exchange Policy
- One-time size exchange allowed within 48 hours
- Subject to stock availability and inspection
- Customer bears return shipping unless error is from Raida
Refund Policy
- No refunds allowed
- Approved returns will receive store credit
