What is the Rider Assist Program?

As a valued customer, you will be eligible for the LRL Motors Membership program. Through this program, you can avail yourself of a 12-month, 100% free roadside assistance service. If your bike breaks down anywhere in India, we will assist you or tow your motorcycle to the nearest garage. This service is available 24/7. Additionally, we offer Veruchel mechanic assistance, providing technical support via video call if your motorcycle breaks down. This service is available from 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Furthermore, members will receive extra discounts and free seasonal gifts along with their orders.

How Does the Membership Work?

One membership can be used for only one motorcycle. After the successful delivery of your order and the completion of the 7-day return window, our support agent will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to collect your vehicle details. Once the data collection is complete, the roadside assistance will be activated within 7 working days. The virtual assistance and other offers will be available immediately.

In Case of an Emergency on the Road, How Does the Roadside Assistance Work?

We have partnered with Roda Roadside Assistance Company to provide 24/7 roadside assistance across India. Roda RSA has an extensive network and is a pioneer in the industry.


How It Works:

Membership Activation: Once your membership is activated, we will share the roadside assistance contact number along with a welcome kit. The kit includes a customer care number, membership number, and other relevant information.

Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, you can directly contact the Roda RSA hotline using the contact number provided in your welcome kit.

Verification: Provide your membership number or registered contact number to verify your eligibility for assistance.

Assistance Dispatched: Roda RSA will dispatch a tow truck or technician to your location based on your requirements.

Follow-Up: Our team will follow up to ensure you have received the necessary assistance and provide any additional support if needed.


Virtual Assistance:

Your membership or registered contact number can also be used for availing virtual assistance from LRL Motors' technical team. This service includes:

  • Technical Support via Video Call: Available from 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • Guidance and Troubleshooting: Our experts will guide you through troubleshooting steps or provide advice on the necessary repairs.
